Turning Your Home Vision Into Reality

Handyman & renovation services in Haslett, Okemos, Lansing and across Greater Lansing

Repairs, remodeling, rental turns and make-ready cleaning. 15 years in the trade, fully insured, and every job quoted in writing before it starts.

How we work

You get a written quote before anyone picks up a tool.

We come and look at the job, then put a price in writing with the work set out line by line. No hourly guesswork, no invoice that arrives bigger than the conversation.

If something is found once the wall is open — rot behind a tub, a joist that has moved — it is priced as a written change order and you decide before we carry on.

Building science

Four of our team are certifying as BPI Building Analysts.

Through the Consumers Energy program delivered by Walker-Miller Energy Services at Jackson College, completing November 2026. Three credentials, and they are not interchangeable — each one lets us do something the one before it does not.

BSP

Building Science Principles

How heat, air and moisture actually move through a house — the foundation the other two are built on.

Not a field certification on its own. It is the groundwork.

BA-T

Building Analyst Technician

The diagnostics: blower door, pressure testing, and combustion safety testing on gas appliances.

Can run the tests and record the readings.

BA-P

Building Analyst Professional

The whole-house assessment — modeling the building, writing the report and the work scope.

Required to carry out the BPI-2400 assessment that federal HOMES rebates are based on.

We are saying this before the certificates arrive rather than after, because the work it covers — blower door testing, combustion safety testing and the full home energy assessment — is what the rebate programs in Michigan are about to require. Those pages say the same thing they say here: in progress, not yet held.
