This tier is priced highest because it involves potential safety hazards, heavy lifting, extensive time, and necessary hauling/dump fees.

  • GOAL - Completely reclaiming the space; heavy hauling and disposal of large, unwanted items.
  • CLUTTER LEVEL - Garage is full from floor to ceiling. No floor is visible. Potential rodent or insect issues.
  • SCOPE OF WORK - Everything in Tier 2, plus: Extensive heavy lifting, dealing with potential hazards (like old paint/chemicals), large-scale junk removal, organizing and installing new small storage elements (pegboard, hooks).
  • IDEAL CUSTOMER - Customers using the garage for overflow storage who need a complete remodel or renovation of the space.
